If you’re newly licensed in Oklahoma as a Provisional Sales Associate (PSA), the state requires you to complete a 45-hour Post-License course within your first year. This course is approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) and is designed to help you transition from classroom knowledge into practical, real-world real estate skills.
