Students can register for courses either in person or online. Full tuition must be paid before beginning any in-person course.
There is no charge for Continuing Education, Salesperson Post-License, or Provisional Sales courses.
We provide a receipt at the time of payment and keep a copy for our records. To register, students may need to provide a photo ID and/or their licensee pocket card.
Advantage Real Estate Academy keeps transcripts for all students who complete courses approved by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission or the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
Students attending Arkansas courses must sign in twice each day—once before class begins and again after the lunch break. Some classes may follow different procedures.
If a student returns more than 10 minutes late from any break, they must make up a full hour before receiving credit or a certificate of completion.
Certificates of completion are issued at the end of each course, as determined by the Real Estate Commission in that state. For Arkansas students, Advantage Real Estate Academy will submit the certificate to the Commission. However, it is the student’s responsibility to notify the Commission of all completed courses.
Oklahoma students must sign in before class starts and complete the QR code registration at the end of class. Both steps are required.
If either step is missed, the student will not receive credit for the course—even if they were present for the entire session.
To register for the Salesperson Pre-License course, a student must:

Once all requirements are met, students will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate serves as verification that the student has completed the course as required and approved by the appropriate Real Estate Commission.
