Are you a licensed real estate agent in another state looking to expand your business into Oklahoma? This course is designed specifically for out-of-state agents who want to obtain their Oklahoma Real Estate License.
To qualify for the Oklahoma real estate licensing exam, you must complete this course. It provides the required education set by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC), including:
1 hour of the Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act
1 hour of Oklahoma Real Estate Code and Rules
6 hours of Oklahoma Contracts and Forms
This course includes a comprehensive video-based lesson covering the Oklahoma unit from our full Pre-License course. As you watch the teaching, you will:
Fill out guided notes to help you retain the information
Review sample forms used with the Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act (which replaced Agency)
Study a sample OREC real estate contract and watch a video explaining the contract in detail
Once you complete all assignments, you’ll take the Oklahoma final exam, which includes 99 questions. You must earn at least 272 points to pass.
Upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you will receive a certificate of completion, which fulfills your eligibility requirement to take the Oklahoma portion of the Real Estate exam.
You will have 6 months to complete this course. If you need additional time, you can extend your course access for a small fee.
