Course Overview
These 1-hour OREC classes provide the required education for the Broker Relationships and Code and Rules CE credit.   Broker Relationships will review the Oklahoma form of client representation.  Please note, this will not cover the OREC Buyer Broker agreement.  The Code and Rules course is the 23 Ways to Lose Your License material from the OREC Code and Rules book.

  • A full understanding of 23 specific practices that can cause an agent to lose their license in Oklahoma
